Hello, I'm Danna Clark Tullis, founder of Best Friends Collective.
I believe creativity has the power to inspire, connect, and enrich our lives. That is the heart of Best Friends Collective.
After a lifetime as an artist, designer, educator, and community builder, I've returned to what I love most—teaching. Along the way I've taught drawing and painting to students of all ages as the founder of Art Vison, and The Creative Edge Art Academy. I have designed hundreds of home interiors as owner of Highlights Interiors, created commissioned portraits and murals, produced more than 60 citywide art and music festivals, and illustrated five published books.
Through my Living in Color workshops and retreats, I help participants discover how a better understanding of color can bring greater beauty, confidence, and creativity to their art, homes, and personal style. Each workshop and retreat is a small-group experience where you'll explore, create, build meaningful friendships, and create lasting memories you'll treasure long after you return home.
Best Friends Collective retreats are thoughtfully curated to inspire creativity, confidence, meaningful connection, and lifelong learning. Set in beautiful destinations, our retreats invite you to join our small groups, to slow down, explore, and discover the joy of creative expression. In addition to immersive color sessions, local excursions, and free time is included for exploring and sightseeing.
Through engaging color and design lectures, guided projects, and creating your personalized color palettes, you'll discover practical ways to use color with confidence in your artwork, home décor, and personal wardrobe styling. - In home design and color consultation is $350. This includes an interview with homeowner to determine vision and scope of project, and 2 color scheme palettes - your choice of 2 rooms, or 2 color schemes to choose from for 1 room.
- For Colorado residences only. A travel surcharge may be added depending on location.
